Agreement

These terms apply to your use of 1bizsolution.com and to services provided by Solution1, a service of EPA Ventures, LLC. By using the site or our services you agree to them. If we sign a separate written agreement or scope with you, that document controls where it differs from these terms.

Our services

We design and build websites and set up CRM, marketing automation, booking, payments and AI assistants. What is included in a project, its price and its launch date are set out in your written scope.

Fees and payment

CRM plans are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. Website and project fees are set in your scope, including any deposit and payment schedule. Late payments may pause work or service. Third-party costs, such as text and call usage, domains or paid apps, are billed as described in your scope.

Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly plan with written notice to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded except as stated in the Launch Promise or your scope.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the content we need on time, to have the rights to anything you give us to use, and to use the systems we build lawfully, including texting, calling, email and privacy laws. You are responsible for the messages you send to your own customers and for having their consent.

Text messaging program

If you opt in, Solution1 may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointments and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or 813-491-9777. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Third-party platforms

Our work relies on third-party platforms, including our CRM and website platform, payment processors and carriers. Their terms also apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

Results

We work hard to improve your visibility and lead flow, but rankings in Google, recommendations by AI tools and specific results depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed, except as written in the Launch Promise or your scope.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the content and design created specifically for your website. We keep ownership of our templates, workflows, tools and know-how, and you receive a license to use them for your business. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Solution1 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
