Who we are

Solution1 is a service of EPA Ventures, LLC (“Solution1,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through 1bizsolution.com and our related services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to [email protected] or 813-491-9777.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, website address and anything you write in a form, chat, text, email or call, plus the details you enter when you book a call.

Information collected automatically: pages visited, the site that referred you, browser and device type, approximate location based on IP address, and cookies or similar technologies that help the site work and help us understand how it is used.

Information from our clients: when we build and run systems for a client, we may process their customers’ information on the client’s behalf and only as the client instructs.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, schedule and hold calls, send proposals and scopes, deliver and support our services, send invoices and receipts, improve the website, keep our systems secure, and meet legal obligations. We send marketing messages only where the law allows, and you can opt out at any time.

Text messaging

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us send messages, and only to deliver them.

Calls and AI assistants

Calls with Solution1 may be recorded, and callers are told at the start. Some website chats, texts and after-hours calls are answered by an AI assistant, which tells you so at the start of the conversation. A person reviews conversations that need follow-up.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and website platform, payment processing, email and text delivery, scheduling and analytics, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as booking, may not work correctly without them.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop marketing to you, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them as required.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
